Refund policy

  • Aniridia Network conference bookings can only be cancelled until 21 days before the date of the event.
  • An administration fee of 5% of the booking’s total value will be subtracted from all refunds.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made on or after this date.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to conference@aniridia.org.uk.
