The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a formal meeting at which the trustees present their reports and update members on the work that has been carried out over the previous year. These reports include the financial records of ANUK, fundraising activities and other activities designed to raise general awareness of ANUK.
ANUK relies on volunteers to help run it and to fundraise, so that we can continue to provide a network of support and information. The Trustees are volunteers and vacant roles are filled by nominating and electing volunteers for each vacancy at the AGM.
As well as the formal business of the AGM, there is also the opportunity to ask the trustees questions and put forward suggestions for future activities and fundraising.
