Meet-ups in Blackpool and London in October

Terri, James and Gemma at a cafe table

We know it can feel like you are navigating the challenge of having a rare disease alone. So we came together to make a difference and empower each other.

Trustee James warmly invited patients, caregivers, researchers, educators or doctors, to join him at the times and places below to ask questions and hear from people living with aniridia.

Blackpool, Saturday 30 October

Terri, Gemma and James enjoyed an autumn visit to the seaside with lunch at the Platform 9 cafe-bar opposite the main train station. We came for aniridia and stayed for the arcades, trams and festival of lights!

London, Earls Court Tuesday 27 October

After the excellent Sight Village exhibition of services and gadgets for visually impaired people, Andy and James met in the venue’s coffee shop to chat.

If you would like to meet people with aniridia in your area, find a suitable place and time, then contact us to advertise the details for you.
